About Surge Dance Company

What started as a daydream between friends has blossomed into the passion project we now call Surge Dance Company. Here, we are creating a hub for anyone and everyone to learn, create, and express themselves through the art of dance. 

Our mission at Surge Dance Company is to provide more than just dance classes. We have built a unique environment in which students can grow both as dancers and as people. Our highly skilled instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and techniques, along with a passion for teaching dancers of all ages and abilities.

Our Values

We believe dance should be a tool that helps build us up and provide us with feelings of community and safety. We teach our dancers self-worth and acceptance, on and off the dance floor.

At Surge, all are welcome, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, orientation, or otherwise. Anyone can be a dancer, and everyone has a right to dance as freely as they wish.

Our teachers are available for school classes and assemblies, after school programs, and other teaching and performance needs. Our studio space is also open for rentals and birthday parties!
